Like many, Pilates has been a core part of Izzy’s personal wellness practice for over 15 years.

Prior to her teacher training, Izzy worked in account management and sales for marketing agencies. Whilst initially loving the fast paced lifestyle, she made the decision to move industries to find greater fulfilment and purpose in her day to day.

Izzy completed her training with The Future Fit School of Pilates, endorsed by CIMSPA. She is trained to teach mat and reformer Pilates, and work with pre & post-natal clients.

Flynn is our resident corgi-poodle. He is available to join sessions as your mascot upon request.
