At-home sessions for functional fitness. We alternate between lower body and upper body strength, also incorporating balance and core work to maintain posture and aid overall wellbeing.
A lively puppy Pilates session. In between puppy play, we focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation after two babies.
CLAUDIECATHERINEEMMA & WILLJENNYWeekly online class focussed on upper body, strengthening the glutes and hips, rounding off with some relaxation.
Supporting Jenny’s running and Hyrox training with stabilising exercises, particularly focussing on hips, glutes and core.
