Of course! We always organise a 20-30 minute introductory call to chat about what you’re looking for and discuss your wider fitness/health background. We are also happy to answer questions via text or email.

As standard, lessons span 1 hour.

Absolutely not. We welcome clients at all stages of their Pilates and fitness journeys. Your programme will be entirely tailored to you whether you are brand new or have been practicing for years.

Our core coverage is across West and South London. This includes Battersea, Chelsea, Clapham, Fulham, Kensington, Putney and Wandsworth.
Please reach out to us directly if you do not live within the areas listed but are keen to work with us as we don’t want anyone to miss out.

Yes we do. These are just like our face to face classes, only from your laptop!
