    We organise a complementary introduction where we will take time to get to know you, understand your health and fitness background, overall wellness and any relevant goals you may wish to work towards. From there, we can schedule your first session and we will develop your tailored programme that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

  • As standard we allow 1 hour 15 minutes for each session. This offers 1 hour of exercise with 15 minutes to catch up on either side on progress and any next steps.

  • Absolutely not. We welcome clients at all stages of their Pilates and fitness journeys. Your programme will be entirely tailored to you whether you are brand new or have been practicing for years.

  • Our core coverage is across West and South London. This includes Battersea, Chelsea, Clapham, Fulham, Kensington, Putney and Wandsworth.
